There are many benefits to private lessons. A one-to-one private Asana class is a wonderful experience and is curated to best suit your needs. These sessions are custom tailored and have YOU in mind.

One-on-one yoga classes can help you in many ways:

- A personalized routine that you can use at home
- You can inquire about poses and muscle groups
- We can work together to ensure you don’t worsen an injury
- Great way to transition into larger classes
- I offer but am not limited to, hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, chair yoga and therapeutic yoga
If you’re new to yoga, 1:1 classes are less overwhelming than group classes. One-on-one classes will help you gain confidence and comfort in your practice before. Working one-to-one allows me to focus on your individual goals and needs and I custom tailor the class to your required modifications.
I never want finances to be the reason someone doesn’t try yoga, I offer a 30-minute sliding-scale “intro to yoga” session.
I also offer reiki healing, academic tutoring for K-12, and 1:1 mentoring for girls and young women using the Shine program, yoga, affirmation cards and life skills such as cooking.
